A Job Steward Course was held at the Calgary Union Hall on February 25th & 26th. This two day course focused on understanding the role & responsibilities of the job steward and explaining the tools and resources that are available to assist them. The course provides the potential stewards experience to investigate and discuss a grievance and jurisdictional training. Lodge 146 thanks the efforts of the instructors. The class was led by International Representative Richard MacIntosh and the health & safety section was presented by National Health & Safety Director Jason McInnis.
