In Memory of James Armstrong
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother James Armstrong. Brother Armstrong passed away on November 29, 2020 at the age of 49. He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union for 13 years.
