In Memory of Herman (Blondie) Valan
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother Herman Valan. Brother Valan passed away on December 4, 2016, at the age of 86. He had been a member of the Boilermaker Union Lodge 146 for 47 consecutive years.
A funeral will not be held.
