In Memory of Fredrick Charters
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother Fredrick Charters. Brother Charters passed away on May 9, 2019, at the age of 65. He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union Lodge 146 for 26 years.
As per the family, they will not be having a service.
