In Memory of Douglas McMillan
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother Douglas McMillan. Brother McMillan passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 77. He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union for 50 years.
