In Memory of Brother Robert (Doug) Carter
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother Robert (Doug) Carter who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 82. He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union for 58 years.
A Celebration of Life is planned for April 6, 2024, 1 – 4pm at the Woodvale Community Facility, 4540-50 Street, Edmonton (Millwoods Golf Course). Please RSVP to carter.ed@telus.net before March 22, 2024.
