PCL Construction Inc. Privacy Incident

PCL Constructors Inc. alerted Lodge 146 on Friday, May 22^nd, 2020 of a privacy incident that occurred at their Payroll Vendor. If you have received a letter from PCL regarding this matter, please note the following from the correspondence.

“PCL is therefore providing you complimentary identity theft and credit monitoring solutions from TransUnion free of charge for 12 months. With these solutions, you can:

• Monitor your credit with regular reports and access to your TransUnion credit scores to notify you of unexpected changes;
• Work with a dedicated customer care representative who will answer your questions;
• Help minimize exposure – your TransUnion plans include Internet scanning and dark web monitoring; and
• Help reduce financial risk with up to $50,000 of identity theft insurance.

PCL has made arrangements to provide you with a unique activation code for TransUnion to access their services if you choose to use them.”
