Support your CESSCO Locked Out Brothers and Sisters
There are three ways to pay the assessment:
- Option 1: Call the Hall at (780) 451-5992
- Option 2: Complete the Contribution Form and email it to lockout@boilermakers.ca THEN either eTransfer your contribution to: financial146@boilermakers.ca or call the Hall to contribute by credit card at (780) 451-5992
- Option 3: Complete the Payroll Authorization Form and submit it to your Employer’s Payroll Department. If they are unable to accommodate this deduction, please use Options 1 or 2.
These contributions are in agreement with the Lodge 146 By-Laws Article 12.24:
An assessment of one (1) hour’s pay per week shall be assessed against every working member on the event of a lawful or legal strike.
