APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT INFORMATION SEMINAR

In Calgary Only

Located at the Calgary Hall – 11055 48 Street SE Calgary AB  T2C 1G8

Door opens at 12:30 pm and will lock at 1:00 pm; please arrive no later then 12:50 pm.

To pre-register call Kayla at 780-451-5992 ext 407. Only the first 30 applicants can write the exam at the seminar.

Seminar starts at 1:00 pm

Seminar ends at approximately 3:00pm; Exam from 3:00- 4:30 pm

What to Bring:

References – with contact information. (Please Note: References do not have to be in the trade or in the organization.)

Work History – with dates and contact information.

Photo ID – must be valid and Government issued.

Resume – is optional.

You can prepare for the assessment by using the assessment guide book: Preparing for the Boilermaker Trade. Available for purchase at the Edmonton and Calgary Union Halls or on the Skill Plan web site for $45.15. This book covers the skills needed for both the Boilermaker and Welder trade and is highly recommended.
