In Memory of Russel Balaberda
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother Russel Balaberda. Brother Balaberda passed away on October 28, 2017, at the age of 74. He had been a member of the Boilermaker Union Lodge 146 for 41 years.
Memorial service will be held on November 4, 2017 at Church of Christ 655 Stewart Drive NW in Medicine Hat, AB @ 11 am.
