In Memory of David Franklin
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother David Franklin . Brother Franklin passed away on September 22nd 2015, at the age of 32. He had been a member of the Boilermaker Union Lodge 146 for 6 years.
Funeral will be held at a later date in Thunder Bay, ON.
