In Memory of Brother David Elphick
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother David R. Elphick who passed away on April 15, 2026, at the age of 62. He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union for 14 years.
A private service will be held for family.
