In Memory of Brother David Rhine
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother David W. Rhine who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 64. He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union for 32 years.
A family service was held in August 2021.
